Key Responsibilities Coordinating and managing various administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. Who we are looking for Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines Previous experience in a similar business support or customer service, preferably within the freight forwarding or Shipping carrier or logistics industry. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
