Key Responsibilities Site Operations & Coordination: Oversee day-to-day site progress, coordinating with sub-contractors, suppliers, workers, and project managers to keep construction moving efficiently. Quality Control: Inspect ongoing interior work to ensure full compliance with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Schedule & Progress Tracking: Monitor construction timelines, report daily site activities, and flag potential delays early with proposed solutions. Material Management: Inspect delivered materials on-site for correct quantities and quality specifications; manage material storage to minimize damage or waste. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor, specifically within interior fitting-out for residential projects. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior architectural drawings, detailed joinery, MEP services, and finishing materials. Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Interior Architecture, or a related trade qualification. Certifications: Valid Safety Supervisor Certificate is highly advantageous.
