I want my training → 1.ควบคุมและบริหารทีมงาน QC Inspector ในสายการผลิตให้ปฏิบัติงานตาม WI (Work Instruction) และ SOP อย่างถูกต้อง 2.จัดตารางการทำงาน การเข้ากะ และมอบหมายหน้าที่ให้ทีม QC Line อย่างเหมาะสม 3.สุ่มตรวจ ผลิตภัณฑ์/ชิ้นงาน ในสายการผลิตตามแผนการสุ่มตัวอย่าง (Sampling Plan) 4.ตรวจสอบสภาวะการทำงาน เครื่องมือวัด และเซ็ตอัปหน้าสายการผลิตก่อนเริ่มงาน (First Piece Inspection) 5.วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุเบื้องต้น (Root Cause Analysis) ร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิต และติดตามการแก้ไข/ป้องกัน 6.ดูแลรับผิดชอบเมื่อการปัญหาในขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิตในไลน์ 7.รวบรวมและบันทึกข้อมูล Defect/Yield ในสายการผลิต สรุปทำรายงาน QC Daily / Weekly Report เสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา 8.สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (หมุนเวียนกะตามตารางงาน)
