Import Export Officer

【Import tasks】 Manage and process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate and coordinate with overseas offices regarding orders, shipments, and related matters. Coordinate and negotiate with shipping lines, airlines, and carriers when necessary. Ensure all incoming documents are properly checked, registered, and processed without delay. Manage and coordinate customs clearance, port, shipping, and carrier-related documents. Coordinate with government authorities and relevant parties to ensure smooth import/export operations. Provide support and assistance to team members and supervisors as required. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 【Order Control tasks - Local】 Receive special order from customer Coordinate internally with Sale team - Delivery team - Courier supplier Control - manage the order till the order are shipped to customer smoothly Receive the parts, checking appearance create related shipping documents and booking the transportation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field. Experience coordinating with air and sea carriers, freight forwarders, and international agents would be an advantage Proactive, responsible, and professional communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Good communication and coordination skills. Japanese language skills would be an advantage. New graduates are welcome to apply.
