About the Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Architecture to lead and shape the Group's technology transformation agenda. This is a strategic leadership role with ownership of enterprise architecture, transformation roadmaps, and IT business partnering across multiple countries and business entities. You will define the target-state architecture, drive technology standardisation, influence executive decision-making, and ensure business and technology strategies are aligned to deliver measurable outcomes. Job Responsibilities: Define and lead the Group Enterprise Architecture strategy and roadmap. Establish architecture standards across business, application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure domains. Drive application rationalisation and standardisation initiatives across the Group. Govern architecture decisions, solution designs, and technology investments. Partner with business leaders, delivery teams, and data & AI functions to support digital transformation. Lead IT business partnering to ensure strong alignment between business priorities and technology initiatives. Own and oversee the Group transformation roadmap, programme governance, and benefits realisation. Build and develop a high-performing enterprise architecture and business partnering capability. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Min 12 years of experience in enterprise IT, including at least 5 years in senior architecture, strategy, or transformation leadership roles. Proven experience developing and executing enterprise-wide technology strategies. Strong knowledge across enterprise architecture domains, including business, application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure architecture. Experience leading large-scale ERP and business transformation programmes (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or similar). TOGAF, IASA, or equivalent architecture certification preferred. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience working in multi-country, multi-entity organisations. Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, commodity trading, or supply chain industries is advantageous. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and Fabric is an added advantage.
