Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of production personnel to achieve targets objectives and ensures everyone follows the SOPs (Standard Work). Monitor and optimise production processes to maximise efficiency and productivity. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and reduce costs. Provide hands-on supervision and support to team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and align production activities. Analyse production data and generate reports to track key performance indicators. Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development. What we're looking for Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. 7 – 10 years’ experience in manufacturing supervision. Significant experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and address production challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team. Familiarity with production planning, quality control, and inventory management processes. Proficiency in using data analysis tools to monitor and improve production performance. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
