CRM Systems Specialist

Your new role As a CRM Application Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of CRM applications. You will work closely with business users to troubleshoot issues, manage system configurations, support user adoption, and ensure the smooth operation of business-critical CRM platforms.
