Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience in HR timekeeping or administrative processing is an advantage. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. - Understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and statutory benefits. - Knowledge of the four major facets of HR — Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Compensation & Benefits — is a strong plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Willing to work from Monday to Saturday Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in Recruitment & Selection (sourcing, screening, scheduling). - Support Training & Development activities and documentation. - Help handle Employee Relations, including policy implementation and employee concerns. - Compensation & Benefits - Monitor and update daily employee attendance by validating working hours, absences, tardiness, and overtime. - Consolidate attendance data and submit cutoff reports to Payroll. - Support operational activities/expenses and organized files. - Perform other HR-related tasks from time to time and as necessary.
