Key Responsibilities Review and verify contractor payment applications for CSA works. Manage cost reporting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and budget control. Assess variations, claims, and change orders, providing commercial recommendations. Prepare and review quantity measurements and cost assessments. Maintain accurate commercial records and support contract administration activities. Work closely with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure effective cost management across the project. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, MEP or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years' experience in cost management on major building projects. Strong experience in civil, structural, and architectural works, including high-rise buildings, deep basements, and complex structures or MEP works Experience working with Chinese EPC contractors and projects in Kazakhstan. Good understanding of FIDIC contracts, variations, claims, and payment certification. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
