Safety Supervisor

Key responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections and safety walks to monitor workforce compliance with OSH and environmental requirements Assist in implementing and enforcing company safety policies, site safety procedures, and statutory regulations Assist in preparing and maintaining safety documentation, including inspection records, daily safety logs, and input for risk assessments Assist the project team in investigating accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases Deliver daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and guidance to site personnel to promote safety awareness Coordinate with project teams and relevant parties on safety matters and site improvement initiatives Support emergency response activities and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned About you Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction Safety, or related discipline Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction site safety supervision Familiar with Hong Kong occupational safety regulations and construction site safety requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Valid First Aid Certificate is an advantage We offer attractive remuneration package to the successful candidate.
