Global International Brand looking for a driven, goal-oriented and energetic professional to help us continue our steady expansion Job Highlights Junior Business Analyst Career Enhancement Medical benefits Attractive remuneration package plus performance related reward Work with a multicultural dynamic environment The main responsibilities of the position include: Contributing to the implementation of the company’s market penetration and expansion strategy Providing suggestions on system enhancements Designing, implementing, and maintaining adequate reporting to monitor the company’s operations and performance Performing data analysis for the identification of business development opportunities and cost efficiencies Reconciling and evaluating data from multiple sources and resolving any discrepancies identified Performing regular checks on SapBI reports for the verification of calculated values Identifying impact on day-to-day operations for proposed change initiatives Main requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or any other relevant field Strong knowledge on Microsoft excel Previous experience is considered a strong plus Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Taking part in initiatives aimed at improving the wider BA function The ability to multitask in an effective and organized manner Excellent understanding of business analysis approaches and methodologies Legally Authorized to work in Malaysia Programming language is considered a plus (Phyton, JavaScript, Java & etc) Benefit from: Attractive remuneration package plus performance related reward Health insurance Additional Benefits Intellectually stimulating work environment Continuous personal development and international training opportunities Full time job (9:00-18:00 Weekdays) Incentive upon performance Probation 3 months Job location: Bangsar South Hybrid working
