About the role We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Product Director to spearhead the strategic development, design, and performance of our next-generation platform. Key responsibilities Work closely with Senior Management to define and implement a visionary product roadmap that aligns with long-term business strategy and growth ambitions. Design, develop, and refine a full suite of products, ensuring compliance with industry best practices while meeting evolving user needs. Champion user-centric design to streamline onboarding, enhance user experience, and build a secure, intuitive, and efficient system environment. Collaborate closely with development and engineering teams to oversee timely product rollouts and maintain high implementation standards. Establish and oversee key performance metrics to continuously monitor system stability, scalability, and latency. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to translate insights into actionable product enhancements and innovation opportunities. Partner with the marketing team to craft compelling product narratives and campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding that align with overall business goals and user expectations. Regularly evaluate product adoption and customer feedback to refine product features and enhance usability. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across business development, operations, compliance, and tech teams to align objectives and deliver strong commercial outcomes. About you Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, or a related discipline. Ideally with extended overseas education or professional experience. Over 10 years of relevant experience in product development, investment management, industry research, or related fields. Hands-on experience in building businesses from the ground up (0 to 1). Strong knowledge of digital finance, including market structure and mechanism design. Experience or familiarity with emerging sectors such as artificial intelligence, new energy, industrial internet, or real-world assets (RWA). Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build and expand strategic partnerships with financial institutions and enterprises. Strong market awareness, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and effectively manage complex projects. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, both written and spoken.
