Our child classes have been structured by our Principal master and adult classes are tailored to the individual. Job Description and responsibilities: - Handle general office administration work - Assist the coach in daily operations, greeting visitors, student registration, class scheduling, attendance recording - Respond to daily inquiries by the use of whatsapp, phone, email. - Tuition, payment & account settlement - Marketing and Promotion in school’s event - Data entry, update and file documents Job Requirements: - Communicate effectively in English, Cantonese & Putonghua(3 languages Must) - Microsoft word, excel & powerpoint as well as English and Chinese typing - DSE, Diploma or above - Customer service experience is preferred - Responsibilities, Enthusiastic, motivated and able to bring in new ideas - Commit to work on Saturday - Enjoy interacting with young children Benefit: - Free Taekwondo training (Family member 50% discount) - 7 days paid holiday per year (full-time) - Christmas & Easter school holiday(about 6-10days each) also Hong Kong Statutory Public Holidays (this is not must, optional depends on company situation, decide year by year.)
