Material Control Officer

About the role We are a metal stamping company in Samut Prakan, Thailand and is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Control Officer to join us. As a full-time Material Control Officer, you will serve as the main point of contact for customer and will play a crucial role in managing the company's inventory to ensure smooth flow of materials throughout our manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities Obtain and process market inputs from customers Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on material control activities such as acceptance of sales order, procurement, storage, and distribution of raw materials, components, and finished goods Manage production materials and schedule to ensure timely delivery to customers Manage and update material costing in system Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and processes to ensure traceability Establish and maintain product BOM Lists & usage rates Providing training and support to team members on material control best practices This role reports to HQ Sales Manager in Singapore. About you Minimum 1 year of experience in a material control or inventory management, preferably in the metal stamping manufacturing industry Fluency in English and Thai, both written and verbal Proficient in using MS. Excel formula/V Lookup/Pivot Table Leadership and supervise skills Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and problem-solving skills
