Assistant Manager – HR & Administration

What you'll be doing Overseeing key HR functions, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance Designing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent Conducting interviews, screening candidates, and providing hiring recommendations Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor law Partnering with managers to understand staffing needs and deliver solutions Addressing employee concerns and resolving HR-related issues Supporting HR initiatives, projects, and engagement activities What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, ideally in manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries Proven experience in supervising or managing a team Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Fluency in English and Thai (Mandarin is a plus) What we offer At KARWIN THAI ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRIAL LIMITED', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
