Job Responsibilities Oversee full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and month-end/year-end closing. Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, management reports, and analysis. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Coordinate audits, tax submissions, and liaise with auditors, bankers, and tax agents. Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and recommend cost control measures. Supervise and guide the accounts/finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Implement and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Support management in financial decision-making and strategic planning. Others task assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a managerial role. Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) are an advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
