Key Account Executive (Hardlines)

Key responsibilities: Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities and reactivating dormant accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth. Prepare quotations, proposals, and service recommendations tailored to customer needs. Handle customer enquiries and provide professional account servicing and follow-up. Promote the company's testing, inspection, and certification services to maximize customer value. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Support key accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling and account expansion. Achieve sales targets through effective account planning and proactive business development activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 1 year of sales, customer service, or account management experience is an advantage. Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry is a plus.
