Non Life Insurance Trainer Assistant Manager

The insurance trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to agents,brokers, business partners and employees. The trainer will educate the trainee on various aspects of renewal insurance license programs, including product knowledge, sales techniques, underwriting processes, claims management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: 1. Implement and be accountable for E-learning system: E-learning system is the system for insurance license training program to agents and brokers. 2. Design and create training materials to effectively convey insurance knowledge. 3. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for agents and brokers, both in-person and virtually, using a variety of instructional techniques and methodologies. 4. Evaluate the impact of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics to measure overall effectiveness of the training initiatives. Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree in insurance, Statistics or related fields. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the non life insurance industry, with a background in training, education, underwriter, claims adjuster, risk manager, or insurance agent /broker. 3. Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations . 4. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to develop engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessions . 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Offices and e-learning authoring tools. 7. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs. 8. Travel may be required to conduct training sessions 9.Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of trainee.
