Associate, Securities Dealing (RA1 & 4)

Job title: Business Operations Associate (RA1 & 4) About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in the securities and financial services industry. The successful candidate will support daily brokerage operations, execute clients' trade orders, and provide quality client services while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Brokerage Operations & Dealing · Receive and execute clients' buy and sell orders for securities in a timely and accurate manner. · Monitor daily trading activities and assist in resolving trade-related and operational issues. · Process securities transfers, cash movements, and corporate action instructions. · Perform daily reconciliations of client accounts, securities holdings, and cash balances. · Maintain accurate transaction records and operational reports. · Ensure all dealing and operational activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. · Support ad hoc projects as assigned. Client Servicing · Handle account opening, account maintenance, and client documentation. · Assist with KYC, client due diligence, and account documentation reviews. · Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries relating to trading accounts, orders, transactions, and operational matters. · Maintain proper records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. · 1-2 years of relevant experience in securities brokerage, dealing, trading operations, client services, banking, or financial services. · Fresh graduates with a keen interest in the securities industry are welcome to apply. · Basic knowledge of securities trading, order execution, and brokerage operations. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Customer-oriented with proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. · Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. · Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. · Holder of RA1, 4 & 9 representative licenses is an advantage.
