Product Management Manager (Retail Banking Product Management Division)

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end retail product lifecycle & oversee product design, development, launch promotion and ongoing optimization Perform in-depth market research, trend analysis and clients’ needs analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and refinement Collaborate with technology and operations teams to implement product features, optimize systems and ensure robust performance and user experiences Develop product roadmaps, marketing strategies and plans, review market dynamics and competitors, support sales teams to capture greater market share Keep abreast of latest market trends, regulatory update and competitor offerings, drive continuous improvements in product and service quality Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements: University degree or above in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline Around 4 to 6 years’ from banking / financial sector with good finance knowledge and solid understanding of retail banking products such as funds, stocks, bonds, margins, precious metals, etc. Proven market research & data analytical skills, able to identify product features & market trends & support product innovation and decisions Strong product design and lifecycle management experience, capable to manage independently different stages of requirement analysis, launch and ongoing optimization.
