Responsibilities: Executing transportation service requirements and orders fulfillment Liaise with customers and colleagues to arrange client’s transportation needs Ability to multi-tasks with drivers, clients and colleagues Enjoy working in a high pace environment and ensure project are executed on schedule as planned, ensure operations run smoothly and taking care ofoutstanding orders pending for billing problem solving, response to customers’ inquiries/ feedback, Review customers’ contract with the sales personnel other duties / ad-hoc as assigned by the management Requirements: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent Candidate having Professional Certificate/NiTEC with relevance experience are encouraged to apply Ability to communicate in Chinese, English or dialects and written skills (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customers and colleagues to arrange client’s transportation needs) Minimum two year of working experience required Knowledge in heavy vehicle transportation is an advantage Computer literate Can start work immediately or on short notice would be an advantage Candidate having experience in operations deploy vehicles are welcome to apply
