About us Western Sydney Wanderers FC is one of the most passionate and recognisable clubs in Australian football, competing in the Isuzu UTE A-League Men and Ninja A-League Women. Our Boys Youth Academy is central to the club's philosophy, developing talented young players from the Greater Western Sydney region into future first team and national level footballers. About the role We are seeking enthusiastic, qualified coaches to join our Boys Youth Academy across all age groups, from U13 through to U23. You'll deliver high quality, curriculum aligned coaching sessions that reflect the Wanderers' playing philosophy and player development pathway. Key responsibilities Plan and deliver training sessions in line with the Western Sydney Wanderers Academy coaching curriculum Coach players across one or more age groups (Boys U13, U14, U15, U16, U18, U20, U23/NPL MEN) Support player development, welfare and pathway progression within the Academy structure Collaborate with Academy staff, the Head of Youth Development and fellow coaches to maintain consistent standards across age groups Provide feedback and player assessments in line with club processes Represent the Wanderers' values professionally at all training sessions and matches About you Relevant Football Australia coaching accreditation ( minimum B License required ; higher licenses highly regarded for older age groups) Paid Working with Children Check Strong knowledge of youth player development principles and modern coaching methodology Excellent communication skills with players, parents and staff Prior experience coaching in an NPL, Academy or elite youth pathway environment preferred A genuine passion for developing young footballers and growing the game in Western Sydney Current Australian Working Rights Please submit your resume and coaching qualifications, specifying the age group(s) you are applying to coach in your cover letter.
