Branch Manager

Responsibilities: Supervise branch staff to achieve business targets through sales activities Oversee daily branch operation Ensure high quality of services are provided to customers Ensure all activities are in compliance with the regulatory requirements Requirements: University graduate or equivalent qualification HKIB banking professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) preferred Minimum 8 years’ banking experience of which at least 3 years of supervision experience Good interpersonal and communication skills Qualification of HKSI, IIQE & MPF Familiar with retail banking products and services Result-oriented with excellent leadership, communication and organizing skills The employment of this position is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
