It’s an exciting time to join our newly combined organization and become part of The Mighty! We serve a large variety of end markets, and our products can be found in thousands of consumer products around the world. These include foods & beverages, food service products, pet foods and others. We are seeking a highly skilled Costing Supervisor to oversees product costing, yield performance, and cost‑control activities within our food manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate standard costs, supporting pricing decisions, improving margins, and driving cost‑efficiency across the production process. The ideal candidate has strong experience in costing for food manufacture, deep understanding of yield management, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions including Production, QA, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance. Key Responsibilities Lead and review monthly standard cost updates for all SKUs, including recipes/formulas, BOMs, routing, overhead rates, and yield assumptions. Maintain accurate costing for raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods. Analyze material usage, yield losses, waste, scrap, labor efficiency, and overhead absorption. Monitor key cost drivers such as moisture loss, trimming loss, brine loss and by-products. Support month‑end closing: WIP reconciliation, production order settlement, inventory valuation, variance and COGS analysis. Prepare cost and margin analysis reports and propose cost‑saving opportunities. Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems and compliance with internal controls. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing costing, with at least 2 years in food manufacturing or FMCG. Strong Excel skills: experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Navision is preferred. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Knowledge of BOI regulations is a strong advantage.
