Job Responsibilities: Cultivate long term relationships with cross-border customers and ensure effective customer engagement and account activation; Handle customer requests and resolve customer complaints; Participate in promotional activities and contribute to customer acquisition and retention strategies; Proactively identify potential customers and business opportunities, and achieve assigned referral and performance targets; Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to regulated activities. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines; Experience in banking, customer services, call center or cross-border segment is preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome; High initiative team player, sales and customer-oriented with good communication skills; Possess HKSI and IIQE qualifications will be an advantage; Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
