You'll join experienced crews working on interesting, varied projects across the region, with the backing of a company that invests in its people. Due to continued growth and an exciting forward project pipeline, we're now looking for an experienced Glazier to join our team working across the Wellington region. What's on offer : Competitive hourly rate + Kiwisaver Company vehicle, phone, tools and uniform provided Stable, full-time work with a strong pipeline for the rest of 2026 and beyond Real training and career development - we support trade qualifications Fun, supportive team that has your back on and off the tools Work for a proud NZ-owned family business where you're not just a number What you'll do : Install, repair and replace glass and glazing systems across residential and commercial sites Work with aluminium joinery, windows, doors, splashbacks and mirrors Measure, cut, and fit glass to specification, including safety and double glazing Carry out glass replacement and emergency repair work Work safely and efficiently, representing Precision Group professionally with our clients Who we're looking for: Essential: Minimum 2 years' hands-on glazing experience Current NZ Driver's licence Strong safety awareness - you follow the rules because you care, not because you have to Good communicator who works well in a team and independently NZ work rights (Citizens, Residents, and open work visa holders welcome) Preferred (not required - we'll consider you without these): NZ Certificate in Glass and Glazing (or equivalent) Experience across a range of glazing systems and materials Why join Precision Group?
