We Do Landscaping is growing and we're looking for an experienced landscaper to join our crew. You don't need to already be a Team Leader. If you're good at what you do, work hard, take pride in your jobs and want the opportunity to step up, we're interested. The work You'll be hands-on building quality residential landscapes: Retaining walls Paving Decking Fencing Drainage Excavation and site preparation Planting Full landscape builds from start to finish We're looking for someone who : Has solid hands-on landscaping or related trade experience Is confident using tools and machinery Works hard and sets a good pace Takes pride in doing things properly Can read plans and work things out Takes responsibility and looks for solutions Gets on well with clients and the crew Has some understanding of plants and planting Wants to keep learning and take on more responsibility You don't need every skill on this list. Attitude, work ethic and practical ability matter more to us than your job title.
