Hong Kong Nang Yan College of Higher Education (the College) is a self-financing post-secondary institution established under Cap. 320 in 2014. The College is approved by the HKSAR Government to offer 4-year full-time degree programmes. To advance our mission and strategic goals, and digital transformation in alignment with Industry 4.0, we invite applications from we invite applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of: President Key Areas of Responsibility The President will provide visionary leadership for the College, in alignment with its mission and strategic plan, advancing academic excellence in professional education and strengthening its international standing. The President will take the lead and direct the College’s development in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, and internationally, fostering innovation in smart technologies and modern digital paradigms. The President will work collaboratively with the Board of Governors, College Council, senior management, staff, students, and external stakeholders in advancing strategic priorities. The President will foster a culture of transparency, accountability, integrity, and excellence, ensuring operations and decision-making adhere to established governance, financial, and procurement policies. Candidates should possess the following qualifications: A recognized doctorate and a distinguished record of accomplishment in higher education. Significant leadership, academic, and administrative experience at a senior executive level in a leading institution, with a proven track record of leading complex organizations through growth, technological transformation, and change amidst Industry 4.0. Strong leadership with a broad vision, strategic foresight, and an understanding of Hong Kong's education landscape. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and achieve consensus among diverse groups. The highest degree of personal integrity, professional conduct, and accountability, coupled with a robust professional network.
