Operation and Supply Chain Manager (Planning)

Our Client A well-established healthcare & life sciences company with a strong brand presence in Hong Kong and international markets. They are recognized for their commitment to product quality and innovation in the health and wellness sector. The Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain and operations function for the Hong Kong business. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of demand & supply planning, local warehousing, and repackaging operations. Key Responsibilities Demand & Supply Planning (Core Focus) Lead S&OP processes to improve forecast accuracy, minimize stockouts, and reduce write-offs. Drive inventory optimization strategies to balance service levels with working capital efficiency. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align supply plans with business objectives. Warehouse & Repackaging Operations Manage the local warehouse, including inbound/outbound logistics, storage optimization, and inventory accuracy. Oversee a repackaging line (labeling, kitting, value-added services) ensuring quality, efficiency, and HSE compliance. Establish SOPs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional & Project Management Partner with overseas manufacturing sites and local commercial teams to deliver business goals. Support new product launches by ensuring operational readiness and on-time execution. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines. Minimum 6 years supply chain experience, with at least 4 years in managerial roles . Strong demand & supply planning experience Experience managing local warehouse and/or repackaging operations in Hong Kong. ERP proficiency (SAP APO preferred) and advanced MS Excel skills. Fluent in Cantonese and English (written and spoken). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills - you will lead a team of 13. Proactive, hands-on personality - this is not a desk-bound role. Preferred (Not Essential) Background in FMCG, food, or supplement/healthcare industry . Familiarity with HSE regulatory requirements for manufacturing/repackaging. What We Offer Direct reporting line to the GM - high visibility and autonomy.
