Job Description Front Desk Officer Working Hours: 5 days work 8.30am-5.30pm Working Location @ Pioneer Company transport provided nearby MRT Salary up to $3500 + allowance $200 AWS, VB & Staffs benefits Job Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations and maintain a tidy workplace. Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the right person/meeting room. Handle mail, packages, and office supplies replenishment. Support new hire onboarding and maintain employee records. Plan and coordinate company events and engagement activities. Provide general administrative support as needed. Always maintain the workplace in a clean and tidy manner Requirement: Minimum O level and above Well-groomed comfortable to wearing make up , Professional attitude, able to present corporate image. Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
