Coach Success Manager – Personal Training / Fitness Bali-Based | Remote/Hybrid | Australian Fitness Company IDR 10–15 million/month + growth opportunities Planned Start: December 2026 – January 2027 About the Role All Star Personal Training is an Australian personal training company supporting coaches across multiple gym locations. We are looking for a confident, organised and highly personable Coach Success Manager to develop, support and guide our Personal Trainers remotely. This is not a traditional customer service role. You will work closely with our coaches through regular Zoom meetings, calls, messages and practical development sessions to help them improve their skills, grow their client base and become successful Personal Trainers. You will receive extensive training in our systems, sales processes and coaching frameworks before managing your own portfolio of coaches. What You’ll Be Doing Coach Development Run regular 1-on-1 development meetings with Personal Trainers via Zoom Teach and reinforce our Lead Generation, Consultation, Sales and Retention systems Help coaches prepare for consultations and improve their sales approach Review C2 Game Plans and provide practical feedback Assist with Program Design and coaching-related questions Run roleplays and practical development exercises Help Australian coaches build confidence, improve communication and become more independent Coach Support Keep regular contact with coaches through text, voice messages and calls Provide support with sales, clients, programming and gym situations Monitor coach performance and client progress Encourage coaches, hold them accountable and keep them moving forward Performance & Tracking Review coach activity, bookings, consultations and PT performance Identify coaches who may need additional support Keep coach information and progress accurately updated in our systems Escalate major performance, behavioural or relationship issues to the Partnership Success Manager Who We’re Looking For We would love to hear from people with experience in: Personal Training Fitness Coaching Gym Management Membership or Fitness Sales Sales Coaching Customer Success Coaching or Education Personal Training experience is strongly preferred. You should have a strong understanding of health and fitness and be comfortable discussing training, clients and gym environments. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are Fluent and highly confident speaking English Comfortable communicating with Australian coaches Confident leading 60–90-minute Zoom conversations Warm, energetic and easy to build rapport with Comfortable teaching and giving constructive feedback Commercially minded and interested in helping coaches grow their business Highly organised and reliable Comfortable holding people accountable Able to work independently and take ownership Comfortable learning systems, scripts and frameworks Interested in building a long-term career with a growing company What Matters Most to Us We care less about having the perfect resume and more about whether you can: Teach. Salary & Growth IDR 10–15 million per month , depending on experience, English communication, fitness knowledge and coaching/sales ability.
