Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. - 5-10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role. - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
