Accounting Officer

Job Description Accounts Receivable (AR) Verify and record revenue from online sales channels such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, POS, or other company sales channels Reconcile incoming payments from marketplaces, payment gateways, credit cards, QR payments, bank transfers, and COD Record revenue transactions, sales tax, platform fees, and related adjustment entries Prepare and verify tax invoices, receipts, credit notes, and supporting sales documents Monitor outstanding receivables for credit sales, wholesale (B2B), or corporate customers Prepare reports including sales reports, accounts receivable reports, cash collection reports, and sales summaries by channel Accounts Payable (AP) Verify supporting documents for payables such as invoices, tax invoices, receipts, delivery orders, quotations, and internal approval documents Record accounts payable and expenses accurately according to accounting categories Prepare payment cycles for suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, warehouses, fulfillment centers, and other service providers Verify input VAT and withholding tax accuracy before processing payments Prepare payment documents such as payment vouchers, cheques, bank transfers, or payment approval forms Reconcile outstanding payables Follow up to ensure completeness of tax invoices and receipts from suppliers Taxation and Accounting Documentation Prepare sales tax, purchase tax, and supporting reports for VAT filing Prepare withholding tax data such as PND.3 and PND.53 for relevant payments Verify accuracy of full tax invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes Other assigned tasks as required Work 5 days per week (Saturday–Sunday off) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields 3–5 years of accounting experience; AR/AP experience is an advantag Expert in Excel, Vlook up. Responsible, honest, detail-oriented, and careful Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team Able to work well under pressure English communication skills are an advantage (language allowance provided)
