About the role This role provides administrative support to the HR department, assisting with daily HR functions and maintaining accurate employee records in both digital and paper formats. Key responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with daily HR functions Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and paper formats Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews Support onboarding by preparing new hire documentation and scheduling orientation sessions Help manage employee leave records, attendance tracking, and benefits administration Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities and performance review processes Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred 1–2 years of administrative or HR-related experience is an advantage Knowledge of HR processes and best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
