Flooring Applicators

Mō te tūnga | About the role Our client is looking for Flooring Applicators to join a specialist team working on various projects in Auckland and out-of-town work around the Upper North Island, This is a hands-on role suited to applicants with experience in industrial painting, epoxy flooring, polyurethane coatings, concrete preparation, or other resin flooring systems. You'll play an important part in delivering high-quality flooring solutions across commercial and industrial environments. Surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, and crack repairs. Mixing and applying epoxy, polyurethane, and other resin flooring systems. Assisting with floor sealing, protective coatings, and finishing work. Operating flooring preparation equipment and hand tools safely. Maintaining high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and site safety. Working collaboratively to deliver projects on time and to specification. Mōu | About you We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work and has experience working with specialist flooring systems. Proven experience as a Flooring Applicator. Experience with epoxy, polyurethane, MMA, or similar flooring systems. Knowledge of concrete preparation including grinding and shot blasting. Able to work out of town if needed. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to a high standard. A good level of physical fitness and the ability to perform manual work.
