Assistant/ Deputy Business Strategy Manager (Contact Centre)

Responsibilities: Participate in project management and sales management; Assist the supervisor in researching and formulating development strategies, operational plans, implementation proposals, and organizational design for the Contact Centre, and prepare feasible recommendation reports; Analyze sales data and performance to support supervisor in routine reporting, while tracking the effectiveness of actions plans and adjustment recommendations; Coordinate internal and external matters, serve as a communication bridge to oversee, manage, and support standardized operations, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and effective implementation, with regular progress reports to the supervisor; Provide strategic input and recommendations in relevant areas, supporting the development of long-term strategies and detailed action plans; Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor in managing day-to-day operations. Requirements: Higher Diploma or above with major in Banking & Finance / Risk Management / Business Administration or related discipline At least 5 years of relevant working experience in banking and financial institutes would be an advantage Responsible, detailed-mind, well-organized with good communication skills Good command of Chinese and English in both spoken and written including Putonghua Proficient in PC skills and MS Office applications Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Strategy Manager If you are applying for in-scope position(s) under the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (i.e., A role carrying out regulated activities licensed by the IA, SFC & MPFA), you are required to undergo the Mandatory Reference Checking.
