Technical Product Owner

About the role We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to drive the evolution of our AI and digital platform capabilities. This role bridges requirements, product strategy, and technical execution by translating complex requirements into scalable platform capabilities and product initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with technical expertise to support platform development, system integration, and cross-functional delivery. Working closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Engineering, and stakeholders, this role helps transform innovative ideas into ready solutions. Key responsibilities Own and prioritize the technical product backlog for platform capabilities and shared services. Translate business needs, technical challenges, and user feedback into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Balance business value, technical feasibility, scalability, and delivery priorities throughout the product lifecycle. Support product roadmap planning with a strong focus on platform growth and long-term capability development. Support the design and evolution of platform capabilities that enable AI component-related workflow automation, integration, and digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with Tech Leads to define scalable technical solutions and product implementation approaches. Translate technical complexity into clear system landscapes, capability maps, and solution documentation that support product and engineering decisions. Help define reusable platform standards, design principles, and integration patterns to improve consistency and reduce duplicated development. Transform prototypes, AI experiments, workflow MVPs, and early-stage ideas into scalable and maintainable platform capabilities. Partner with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery of the baseline platform. About you Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, Platform Development, or Digital Transformation. Experience working on enterprise software, platform products, AI solutions, or system integration initiatives. Proven ability to translate requirements into technical product deliverables. Experience working within iterations of product development environments. Strong understanding of enterprise applications, system integration, and platform-based product development. Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies, AI-enabled applications, and workflow automation. Ability to collaborate effectively with Tech Leads and engineering teams on technical solution design and implementation. Understanding of scalable system design and common non-functional requirements, including security, performance, reliability, and maintainability. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
