Overall responsibilities and duties: This role provides hands‑on IT support and ensures stable, secure day‑to‑day IT operations. You will support users, maintain IT systems and infrastructure, and help ensure reliable service delivery in line with required standards. The main missions of the role are: Provide first‑level technical and functional IT support, ensuring timely resolution of user incidents and service requests. Maintain the efficient operation of IT systems, infrastructure, servers, networks, and security components. Support procurement and management of IT hardware, software, and related maintenance services. Promote the use of standard IT solutions and apply site‑specific IT procedures. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance and operational efficiency. Administer LAN and WAN networks, as well as server environments including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory. Install, configure, and maintain Windows client operating systems. Ensure regular backup activities and data protection processes are in place. Maintain IT infrastructure and data room in line with required technical standards. Ensure security KPIs meet or exceed minimum targets. Qualifications: Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in information technology or related Experience: Experience at least 3+ years in IT within Manufacturing An industry experience or MES Experience is preferred. Skills & Competencies: Work well under pressure. and Problem Solving. Good English Communication Problem-solving skills.
