IT Manager

About the role We are seeking an IT Manager to join One Two Trading Co., Ltd. in Bangkok. This is a full-time position based in Bang Na, Bangkok, offering a strategic leadership opportunity within our Information and Communication Technology division. As IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure, systems and teams that support our business operations. This role is essential to ensuring our organisation maintains competitive technological advantage whilst delivering reliable IT services across all departments. What you'll be doing Leading and managing the IT department, including recruitment, training, performance management and development of IT staff Planning, implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure, systems and networks to support business objectives Developing and managing IT budgets, procurement processes and vendor relationships Ensuring cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols are in place and regularly updated Providing technical support and troubleshooting for critical IT issues affecting business operations Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify technology requirements and recommend solutions Monitoring system performance, capacity planning and disaster recovery procedures Staying current with technology trends and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Implementing IT policies, standards and best practices across the organisation What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field Minimum 5-7 years of IT management experience in a commercial or industrial environment Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, systems administration and cybersecurity Proven experience with IT budget management and vendor negotiations Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting expertise Knowledge of IT compliance requirements and data protection regulations Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Project management experience and ability to prioritise multiple initiatives Professional IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications are preferred What we offer One Two Trading Co., Ltd. is committed to creating a supportive and collaborative work environment.
