Assistant Manager (Project & Maintenance)

Job Responsibilities: Work independently with operations in-charges and General Manger in Bakery/Foodcourt/Shop project renovation management execution process; Supervise in-house technician and outside contractors to manage repair and maintenance works for the outlets; Liaise with internal departments, operations team and landlord, building management, etc. on aligning design and E&M matters; Work and monitor on whole process of fitting-out projects, such as preparing tender documents, collecting quotations, carrying out physical site survey, reporting any site irregularities, monitoring the performance of contractors, and coordinating with different internal and external parties to achieve an agreed scope of works and work schedule; Prepare and consolidate necessary documents including forms and photo records etc; Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned. Job Requirements: Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related field with Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B Project field is a must; Self-discipline, self-motivated, independent with good communication and interpersonal skills; Good command in written & spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferable; Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD with familiarity in FHED & FSD requirements ; Knowledge in regulation & procedure of Building Department is a strong advantage; Less experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive.
