About the role Reporting to the Direct Ship Asst. Manager / Direct Ship Manager, this role is responsible for order management, shipment planning, and day-to-day communication with US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM partners and factories. Key responsibilities Prepare various order documents, e.g., Factory PO and Sales Order management, and vendor registration documents Set and communicate clear priorities and goals, and translate them into actionable and pragmatic deliverables Serve as a customer account service, independently providing quality service to Direct Import customers Address customer inquiries and handle customer complaints Collaborate closely and independently with the sales team in HQ and factories to solve shipment issues Pull in shipments to maximize monthly shipping volume and quarterly revenue Monitor factories to ensure bookings are timely and shipping documents are submitted within specified time frames Liaise with forwarders to get vessel space, prioritize shipments, and escalate with the sales team in HQ if necessary Cross-check and ensure all shipping documents align with actual shipment and are updated in the ERP system Support Ad Hoc projects assigned by the Direct Ship Manager/Assistant Manager About you Diploma or above in supply chain, logistics, business, or other disciplines related to the international trading field Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in customer services, supply chain, merchandising, and logistics Ability to handle full set import/export shipping documents from China, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Cambodia to global countries in the toy and bags industry Strong knowledge of the supply chain in relation to shipment planning and order management Sensitive to numbers, good analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Good accuracy in data processing in various systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure About us Funko is an equal-opportunity employer.
