Strategic Planning Manager (market research exp) - Shipping industry (JC021)

Our client is an Int’l shipping/ logistics company located in Wanchai now looking for suitable candidates to join their team. Responsibilities : Conduct research and analysis to support the Company's strategic initiatives and business planning within the shipping and logistics industry Monitor and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and assist in benchmarking findings against the Company's business performance and market position Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, including industry, economic, and financial information Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to support management's decision-making and strategic planning Maintain internal databases, perform data cleansing, and support research-related projects and initiatives Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to gather market intelligence and relevant business information Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics 5+ years experience in market research, data analysis, business analysis, market intelligence Background in Shipping, Transportation, or Logistics industry Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Advanced Excel skills are highly preferred, while knowledge of Power BI, data visualization tools, and AI applications is an advantage Candidate with less experience will be considered as Strategic Planning Assistant Manager 5 day work, Double pay + Discretionary bonus, 16 days AL, Medical & Dental insurance (including spouse & children), Life insurance scheme If this is a role for you, please apply now by sending your resume (in MS WORD format) with your expected salary to us via our company email : info @ jncemployment.com or click "APPLY NOW" Due to the volume of applicants, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
