Production Planning Specialist

The Challenge At COSMAX, we don’t just follow a schedule—we engineer it. As our Production Planning Specialist , you are the strategic "Brain" of our operations. You will manage the delicate balance between New Product Development (NPD) and Repeat Orders , ensuring our high-tech production lines in Bang Phli run at peak performance to meet global beauty demands. Your Core Mission: Master Scheduling: Architect and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) within our ERP system. You ensure every lip tint, cream, and serum is delivered on time. NPD Integration: Be the bridge for innovation. You’ll coordinate the transition of new formulas from R&D into full-scale mass production. Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor Planning KPIs and use data to identify bottlenecks before they happen. You don't just report issues; you provide the "Plan B." Cross-Functional Command: Act as the central hub connecting Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Manufacturing . Your communication keeps the entire supply chain in sync. Process Evolution: Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy. We want your ideas on how to make our ERP/MRP workflows even leaner and faster. What You Bring to the Lab: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Science , or a related field. Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning (Cosmetics, FMCG, or Pharma experience is a huge plus). Technical Mastery: Deep experience with ERP/MRP systems (like SAP or Oracle) and "Black Belt" skills in Microsoft Excel . Leadership Potential: While this is a specialist role, we value your ability to coach junior staff and lead process improvements. Communication: Good command of English (you’ll be part of a global network including our Korean HQ and potentially our new Vietnam operations).
