(Deputy/Assistant) Personal Banking Manager/ (Assistant) Customer Service Manager Responsibilities: Provide one-stop personal banking services at branches. Explore and develop long-term banking relationships with customers. Identify the need of customers and provide suitable financial products & services to customers, including bank account opening, mortgage, credit card, personal loan, insurance etc. Support branch operations by cooperating and liaising with other internal departments of the Bank. Comply with the laws and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Diploma or above. Sound knowledge and solid experience in retail banking products & services will be preferred. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Manager. Qualifications in IIQE 1、2 will be an advantage for Assistant Customer Service Manager. Qualifications in IIQE 1、2、3 & HKSI 1、7、8 is required for Deputy / Assistant Personal Banking Manager. Outgoing with good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong desire in developing career in Personal Banking Segment. Customer-oriented, high sensitive to explore customers’ needs and potential business opportunities. Proactive, independent, able to adapt to a fast-pace environment and work under pressure. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese. Putonghua is definitely a plus. If you are applying for in-scope position(s) under the Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (i.e., A role carrying out regulated activities licensed by the IA, SFC & MPFA), you are required to undergo the Mandatory Reference Checking.
