About your role Manage automotive workshop operations Manage and motivate workshop personnel to achieve optimum productivity Ensure workshop personnel adhere to company service standard to ensure customer satisfaction Perform inspection and ensure repair and service works are done efficiently Handle escalated cases professionally when needed Lead inventory and parts management Prepare and generate reports for management Other duties assigned Requirements 3–5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in an automotive dealership, independent garage, fleet maintenance, or body shop environment. Proven track record as a hands-on Senior Mechanic/Technician before moving into management. Deep knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, engine diagnostics, and modern automotive technologies (e.g., Hybrid/EV systems).
