Location: Onsite at Pasona office, Sathorn Square (BTS Chong Nonsi) Employment Type: Contract (6 months, full-time with possible extension for several months) Contract Duration: Mid of Sep 2026 – End of Dec 2026 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00 (5 days at the office) Total Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 THB/month Allowance: N/A Responsibilities ・Provide professional HR support to ensure compliance with Thai labor law and company policies throughout the consultation process. ・Prepare documentation and materials related to employment contracts and termination processes. ・Act as liaison between management, HR, and employees during the separation process to ensure transparency and fairness. ・Support the project manager in ensuring timely and smooth execution of the outplacement program. ・Conduct consultation sessions with employees affected by redundancy or voluntary resignation, providing clear explanations on termination processes and employee rights under Thai labor law. ・Attend client meetings and employee information sessions at the client’s office (with occasional business trips to provincial locations, approx. once per month). Qualifications ・Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably within manufacturing or industrial companies. ・Hands-on experience in workforce restructuring, retrenchment, redundancy, or voluntary separation programs. ・Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and related legal requirements in termination, severance pay, and employee rights. ・Proven experience in employee relations and counseling during organizational change or downsizing. ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive employee discussions professionally. ・Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. ・Excellent numerical skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to perform precise calculations and handle meticulous documentation without errors. ・Fully fluent in Thai with good command of English (both written and spoken).
