Resident Clerk of Works 駐地盤工程監督 The minimum qualifications required for the post shall be as follows: - Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College/ Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent / Engineering qualifications as stated in the RSS Management Handbook. - 8 years’ relevant post-qualification experience / 5 years’ relevant experience as RACOW or equivalent in public works projects or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook. - Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) /Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
