We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align human capital strategies with organizational goals for our Engineering Solutions division. This role acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving talent development, operational compliance, and organizational effectiveness across the business unit. Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management: Own the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding. Strategic Compensation & Benefits: Set compensation & benefits strategy and conduct annual salary benchmarking. Performance Management: Lead the performance management cycle and directly link outcomes to compensation decisions. Learning & Organizational Development: Drive L&D programs, including training plans, ISO awareness, and leadership development. Legal Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541, Social Security Act, and PDPA. Payroll & Operations: Oversee monthly payroll execution, social security, withholding tax (ภ.ง.ด.), and provident fund administration. Policy & Governance: Draft and maintain bilingual employment contracts, work rules, and HR policies. Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations, disciplinary actions, and severance processes. Engagement & Employer Branding: Build employer brand initiatives, drive employee engagement, and manage internal communications. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist, ideally within engineering, technical solutions, or industrial manufacturing environments. Strong strategic business acumen with demonstrated ability to link HR strategy to engineering business objectives. In-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws (Labour Protection Act, PDPA, Social Security).
