This is what you can expect • Develop, implement and maintain occupational health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with Thai labour laws and international best practices, and ensure adherence to all applicable regulations. • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments and track PPE compliance • Investigate workplace incidents, accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions • Provide safety training and induction programmes to all employees, including contractors, temporary staff, and keep logs of audits, training and metrics • Develop and manage emergency response and disaster prevention plans • Collaborate with management and department heads to implement safety improvements and corrective measures • Assist with General Administration & HR tasks.
