Key Responsibilities Ensure availability, performance, and operational readiness of business‑critical applications. Act as the senior escalation point for local business applications and digital solutions. Coordinate incident management, access issues, configuration support, and escalations with MSC Global IT / SSC teams. Ensure application support activities comply with MSC Global IT policies, security standards, and governance requirements. Support internal and external IT audits, ISO reviews, and compliance activities related to digital solutions. Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems, enhancements, patches, and global rollouts. Prepare UAT plans, test scenarios, execution evidence, and consolidate business feedback for approval. Coordinate change management activities including user communication, readiness validation, and post‑go‑live stabilization. Act as the primary local interface with MSC Global IT and approved application vendors. Track enhancement progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines, escalating issues when required. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support delivery coordination. Maintain application documentation including support procedures, UAT evidence, operational handover, and audit records. Support approved low‑code / no‑code solutions (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps) under defined governance frameworks. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced user experience within approved digital platforms. Provide functional guidance and mentoring to IT Executives supporting digital solutions. Act as delegated representative of the IT Manager for digital solution matters when assigned.
